The offer and sale of products by the site www.aromecaffe.com and Customer Service number 0832 243622 are regulated by these Terms and Conditions. The General Conditions of Sale shall be in accordance with the rules on contracts concluded away from business premises and in particular the provisions of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code).

Contract parties
The contract parties are:
- Aromè Caffè srl., registered office in Lecce, Via Artidi 1, Register of Companies at the Chamber of Commerce of Lecce, Tax Code and VAT 03799570753.
- Customer: the person (individual or other legal entity) who, identified by the site www.aromecaffe.comor by phone call, concluded an order accepted by Aromè Caffè.

Application and modification of Sale General Conditions
By placing the order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have taken note of all the information provided during the purchase process and accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Arome Coffee reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions by giving notice in this site page. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force at the time of order. All changes will be effective after publication on the site.

Site Registration
Registration with "username" and "password" is optional. If the Customer does not wish to register himself, he will be able to conclude the purchase anyway: some information about delivery and order invoicing will be required.
Features and prices of products or services.
Product images may not be fully representative of their characteristics, but differ in color, size, and accessories represented. All support information for purchase are intended as generic information, not to the real characteristics of a single product.
The products are offered at the price indicated on the website at the date on which the order is executed.
The coffee products are removed 4 months before the expiration date.
All prices are inclusive of VAT which will be indicated in detail in the invoice for the purchase of the product, if issued.
The prices include the cost of transport and delivery that are already listed in the final section before sending the order and specified in the confirmation of order receipt sent by e-mail to the Customer.

Placing of orders
Orders can be made only from and to the following territories: the Italian Republic, the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City.
Orders are subject to the limitations of minimum and maximum quantity and products are offered within the limits of the stock availability.
We will not accept orders that come from individuals who have not reached the legal age.
The steps to order or to conclude the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages on the site through explicative text and graphics. In particular you should note the information about renunciation that can be saved and printed at any time.
It is possible to correct any mistakes in entering the data before sending the order. Confirmation of the receipt of the order.
nce received an order, Aromè Caffè will automatically send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, in which will be recapitulated all the details of the order. Following the receipt of an order Aromè Caffè check the actual availability of the product ordered and only after the verification of availability of goods will communicate its acceptance of the order and despatch of product.
In the event that Aromè Caffè is not able to fulfill an order received it will promptly notify the customer. The customer is not entitled tobe indemnified or compensated and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to people and/or property caused by the rejection of an order.

Methods of payment accepted
Arome Coffee accepts payment only through the systems listed below:
- Credit card American Express, Visa or Mastercard) The order amount will be charged only at the time of actual delivery of the products.
- PayPal: online payment system that allows any business or consumer with an email address to send and receive payments after registration. Payment is by PayPal payment platform.

Cash on Delivery:The payment will be made by cash to the courier upon delivery.

Shipment of products
Shipments and deliveries of products may only be carried out on the territory of the Italian Republic, S. Marino and the Vatican City. Aromè Caffè executes the shipment of products purchased exclusively to the destination address specified in the order. We do not accept shipments to PO Boxes.
Aromè Caffè will ship the products ordered by the Customer, via courier to the notificated address, approximately within 24 hours from acceptance of order. Delivery is usually within 4 working days. The times given for the receipt of the goods are approximate.
Delivery costs are stated on the basis of the rates given on the Website or communicated by the Customer on the date on which it was sent the order. The receiver of the goods is responsible for the payment of taxes and customs duties required by the law of the territory of destination of the products. The courier is responsible for the delivery. Aromè Caffè is committed to take note of any failure or delay in delivery of products through the Customer Service and, where necessary, to assist the Customer to protect its rights per law.

Acceptance of the product by the customer
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported noting a specific indication on the delivery document. By signing the carrier’s document, the customer certifies the integrity of the outer product and conformity of delivery.
Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 10 working days after delivery by sending an email to www.aromecaffe.com or by calling 0832 243622.

Billing
Invoice will be issued for each individual customer's order who has entered his social security number, and for each professional customer's and company’s with tax code VAT. For the issue of the invoice we will refer to the data provided by the customer. No change in the bill will be possible after its issue. When ordering, you must indicate whether the shipping address is different from the billing address. If the customer chooses not to private enter his social security number, or customer professional company or its VAT, Aromè Caffè won’t issue any invoice or certify the payment by issuing a purchase receipt (Article 22, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and Art. 2, letter. Oo) DPR 696/96)

Right of withdrawal and rules for returning
In implementation of the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 implementing Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the customer can return the product purchased and obtain a refund of the purchase sum actually paid.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 10 working days from receipt of the product in the following ways:
1. The customer sends a registered letter with return receipt to Aromè Caffè. The notice may be sent, within the same term, by telegram or e-mail www.aromecaffe.com, address, or telephone communication to Customer Service on 0832 243622 Customer Service contact customer communicating Authorization Number (RMA).
3. The customer returns the RMA number on the return form received together with the delivery documents.
4. The customer is then contacted by the courier company to take charge of the return.
The return of the product must take place within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the RMA. Reimbursement of the price paid for the product purchase does not include shipping costs, which are the sole responsibility of the customer who intends to withdraw from the purchase.
In the event that the customer send back damaged goods, not equipped with return number (RMA) is not returned by the deadline above, opened and/or partially used, not regularly or fully packaged, or in which certain parts has been missed or damaged, such as parts, components, accessories, packing materials, boxes, documentation and/or other objects, the right of renunciation lost. In the case above, Aromè Caffè will return to the customer purchased goods by charging the same shipping costs.
With the limitations mentioned above, Aromè Caffè will turn bakc the amount actually paid by the Client within 30 days of notification of withdrawal by credit note to the bank account or credit card.

Warranty
All products, other than food, sold by Aromè Caffè are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24 months warranty for defects of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/2002 and subsequently amended and Articles 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. To qualify for the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice or, if non-existent, the transport document.
If your purchase has got defects in workmanship and/or have been damaged during transport, the Customer will be able to request a replacement of the same within the mandatory period of 10 days from receipt by telegram or e-mail addressed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or telephone communication to the Customer Service number 0832 243622. The customer is obliged to return the defective or damaged product in its original packaging intact in all its parts.

In case of replacement of the product, the cost of return shipping will be borne by Aromè Caffè. The latter will then replace the product with an identical or, in the case of stocks and in agreement with the customer, with one of equivalent value.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
The sale of products and/or services takes place in the territory of the Italian State and is subject to the laws of the Italian Republic. Jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute will be that provided for by the Italian legislation in force at the time of conclusion of the contract.
