OUR COFFEE: A PERFECT BLEND OF TRADITION AND INNOVATION.

AROME’ CAFFE’ retains all merits of our Company faithful to the best traditions and, at the same time, it’s one of the most dynamic and forefront producers. The excellent quality of our blends was born from the careful selection of the best raw materials available on the market and an exceptional manufacturing process. Roasting is the most delicate step in the process of coffee making, because the concentration of taste and beans flavour depend on the exact degree of roasting. But that’s not all. In this step, AROME CAFFE’ processes the coffee in a traditional way. The varieties of coffee are roasted separately, source by source, ensuring the achievement of the right cooking degree. Unlike most big modern roasters that work with the industrial method called "turbo", that means in 5-6 minutes cycles at high temperature, AROME’ CAFFE’ adopts a “slow” type roasting system, characterized by cycles lasting 18/22 minutes. At each new cycle, we check personally the lot roasting, to ensure a perfectly constant high quality product over time.
